moves Catalyst Networks Inc. past their traditional services and offerings to more
comprehensive web development solutions.

Why the change? BrainJocks is not something we're doing on a whim, but
rather an evolution of 10 years of work. We feel the name better encompasses the
company we have become. We're still the same faces (we're just adding a few new
ones) and we're not forgetting our roots. In fact, our history of Java development
and computer network support provided a solid foundation for who we are today, and
for that, we will always be grateful.
